I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and I especially enjoyed the variety of options at breakfast, including fresh pastries. However, the hot water issue we faced during our stay was quite inconvenient.

The room was clean, with comfy beds and solid Wi-Fi. Enjoyed being close to the beach and local shops. The manager really went above and beyond to help me during my stay.

During my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Long Branch, Eatontown, An Ihg Hotel, I appreciated the clean and spacious suite, and the friendly staff were attentive, truly enhancing my overall experience.

That whole thing with housekeeping was odd. No clean towels in sight and we actually caught them slacking off at one point, just leaving our old ones behind like it’s no big deal. Felt like we were going through a trial rather than a vacation.

The cost was quite hefty for what we dealt with, but somehow we made it through.
